3D printing and 3D rapid prototyping is fast becoming an emerging route to advanced manufacturing. Nanotechnology Center has assembled ProtoLab to provide the tools to explore multiple printing technologies as they may be applied to advanced manufacturing, rapid prototyping, as well as meso-structured, meta-architectures in more basic studies. ProtoLab is currently exploring print resolutions from 100 microns down to 25 microns in resin and polymer systems.
